Summary: Tristan and Guinevere exchange thoughts, in a manner of speaking.

She hadn't lied when she had told Arthur that he was a legend among her people. He was. And he had a long shadow made up of lesser myth-figures as well.

"You're the tracker," she said, watching her fingers as they bent the right way.

Outside the wagon, Tristan reined in, slowing enough for speech. "I am."

"You watch us?" Guinevere tilted her head so the dim light would slant off her smile.

He ignored that in favor of looking at Arthur and Lancelot, who were riding ahead, heads bent close in low argument. Then he turned back and gave her a warning look. "I do."
