Summary: Arthur took Lancelot up on a bet.

Lancelot tried to sit up, managed to lift his head a fraction of an inch, and then slumped again. The hand resting on the small of his back waited for him to settle, then lazily began to rub tingles into his already trembling flesh. “Arthur…”

“For once, I don’t think this is my responsibility.” Faint kiss on Lancelot’s nape, and then a soft licking at his shoulder that was exquisitely painful in how it made his worn-out muscles start to twitch once more, as if they could actually stand another round. “You did put out a challenge.”

“And I can’t believe you took it up—damn it, I’m past sore. Stop.” It came out sounding more like a whore’s backhanded invitation, so Lancelot mustered up the last of his energy and flailed with a hand. “I can’t do it any more, all right? You happy?”

Arthur laughed, damn him. “It’ll be much easier to keep an eye on you now.”
